CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Rocco is a LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design & Construction with 28 years’ experience in construction management. He maintains an active leadership role in managing projects from conceptual design through construction completion, providing on-time, on-budget, turn-key delivery of commercial, residential, retail, and healthcare facilities.

Rocco’s success as a leader stems from his passion to find the talent in everyone and then set them free to do their best. He fosters a culture of care within the company, making everyone feel trusted and valued.

When not in the office, Rocco enjoys diving the cold waters of the Puget Sound and traveling as often as possible.

SUPERINTENDENT

Family man Nicholas started young in the construction industry, gaining an exceptional level of expertise and unique problem-solving insight. When not working, he enjoys building things and tinkering with IT. The anchor of the Vega construction team, Nick keeps everyone on the fastest and safest track to the most effective finish.

LEAD CARPENTER

With 34 years’ experience, Jud has the final word on all things wood. He sets a jovial tone on the worksite, pursuing productivity with laughter. When not working, Jud enjoys working on cars, gardening, and playing with his grandkids.

JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER

Niels knew early that he wanted to work with his hands, and is already an expert in woodworking. He appreciates the good attitude shared by the team, completing quality work as quickly as possible… and micromanaging Luke.

CARPENTER APPRENTICE

Luke assists Jud and Niels on the wood elements of Vega projects and is learning fast. When not working, he enjoys working out and dirt biking. His favorite things on the job site are encouraging his teammates and annoying Niels.

CARPENTER APPRENTICE

Ian, or “Q” as we call him, appreciates the friendly but directive environment at Vega Builders. Outside of work he enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend, coaching baseball and disc golf, and keeping rabbits.
