Vega Builders started with a simple belief: construction should be honest, collaborative, and built on trust. Today, we're proud to be a family-owned company serving Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County with a crew that genuinely cares about the work and the people we serve.
How We Got Here
Rocco's construction career spans nearly 30 years, taking him from hands-on field work to leadership roles on major commercial projects. Along the way, he helped manage complex builds ranging from healthcare facilities and museums to large-scale tenant improvements and high-rise developments. The experience taught him that successful projects don't happen by accident — they're built through planning, communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
When Ellie joined the company in 2024, she brought a knack for building systems, solving problems, and keeping a lot of moving pieces on track. While Rocco focuses on projects in the field, Ellie oversees the operations that keep the business running — from accounting and human resources to client communication and marketing. Together, they set out to build the kind of company they would want to hire themselves: one that values honesty, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in every project.
Today, Vega Builders combines big-project experience with a personal, hands-on approach. Whether we're remodeling a bathroom, building an ADU, or managing a commercial renovation, our goal is simple: deliver exceptional work and treat people well along the way.
Building Something We’re Proud Of
Since launching Vega Builders, we've had the privilege of working with homeowners and businesses throughout Bainbridge Island and Kitsap County. Along the way, we've built more than kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and commercial spaces. We've built relationships.
Many of our projects come from referrals, repeat clients, and word of mouth, something we never take for granted. Every project represents a family trusting us with their home or a business trusting us with their investment, and that's a responsibility we take seriously.
